Model: Puch 175 Standard Twingle
This is a rare Puch 175 Standard split single sold by Sears. It is a conversation starter with those who don't know what the heck it is and those of us that remember drooling over them in the Sears catalogue. There were 2 models sold, Standard and Deluxe with the Standard being more rare. Bike is complete down to the original tool kit in leather pouch and original assembly/instruction manual(They were delivered in a crate). There is an extra headlight bucket that is slightly dinged I'm assuming which has something to do with the dinged front fender but does have the headlight switch and rectifier for spares, extra headlight bulbs and a new extra clutch cable. I've owned it for a little over a year, have 2 other Puchs and a bunch load of vintage Japanese all in the restoration line up. Doubt I'll ever get to this one. That said runs great, usually starts stone cold within 3 kicks despite the rich recommended 25:1 pre-mix fuel mixture. Enjoy as-is or an easy cosmetic restoration. Previous owner had it since 86 and the owner before him since at least 1963 and he may have been the original owner as per his widow. Carb cleaned with new gaskets, new plug, runs and shifts fine. Handlebars and clamp re-plated as well as gas cap and air cleaner. New OEM style gray grips and new chrome rear shock covers.

Model: 1975 BMW R90S
Being sold by one of our 20-year customers is this 1975 R 90S. This bike has a beautiful wine color paint scheme, with two-into-one Mac chrome header. This bike runs great and the owner just had a major service/tune at Motor West. The bike was just fitted with a new Metzler ME99 rear tire to match its (very good condition) ME 33 front. The bike is tuned to the Mac header. It pulls very strong at low speeds, and at anything past 70mph this bike comes on like an angry bear. It is fully tunes and ready to ride. This bike needs nothing; the brakes are great; the Dellorto carbs have just been serviced and synchronized. Purist collectors of the R90S may not like the paint scheme, but it is as nice looking in person as it is in the photos.
